We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order! Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange. However, feel free to contact us and tell us about your situation.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Try the product out and get a feel for it. If you decide it's not for you in the first 30 days you can send it back and we will give you store credit that you can use on another item in our store or on our website.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards and items purchased with a discount code or purchased while on clearance are not eligible for a refund.
To start the return process, mail your item back to us with receipt or proof of purchase. We won't be able to complete your return without a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item is eligible for exchange, an email will be sent with instructions on how to access your store credit.
